It is christmas here in Essen. Well, at least for us who can’t be together Sinter Claas, Christmas Eve or Christmas Day.

We have been to the baker, replanted the christmas tree and are soon going to eat pancakes before we open our presents. Our traditions are a blend of Swedish, flemmish and american with just a hint of English. Due to belgian courts and planning we won’t have any children for christmas this year so we are planning to go celebrate with not quite grown up friends. So far the plan is to fight it out on “Guitar hero II”, watch all christmas specials available on torrents and all the Swedish christmas food we long for. unfortunately Lars isn’t as combustionable as we hoped so we will have to set something or someone else alight.
